Standard Hourly Rate: $42 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
Clients are billed at the end of every month, with a 50% deposit required the first month we work together.

Project Package
For clients with single, stand alone projects, blocks of hours (called Project Packages) can be purchased at a discounted rate. Any number of hours can be purchased, with discounts available as follows:
10-20 Hour Project Package - (Save 15% or $36.00 per hour)
20-30 Hour Project Package - (Save 20% or $34.00 per hour)
30+ Hour Project Package - (Save 25% or $32.00 per hour)
All Project Package Plans include:

- Unused hours carry over to subsequent months for a maximum of 6 months.
- Precision time-keeping and billing. When two hours remain, you will be notified and have the option of purchasing another package, or paying the hourly rate until the project is complete.
- All Project Packages are billed in 15 minute increments.
- Unlimited access to all our services.
- Unlimited task creation.
- No hidden fees.
Monthly Retainer
For clients requiring ongoing assistance, a monthly retainer is available. As with Project Packages, a slightly discounted rate is available. Any number of hours can be purchased, with the discounts available as follows:
10-20 Hour Monthly Retainer - (Save 15% or $36.00 per hour)
20-30 Hour Monthly Retainer - (Save 20% or $34.00 per hour)
30+ Hour Monthly Retainer - (Save 25% or $32.00 per hour)

- Unused hours DO NOT carry over to the next month as a retainer is reserving time to work with you each month, limiting the hours I am available to work with other clients.

- Check (preferred) made out to WhangDoodles, Inc.
- Cash
- Paypal (a 3% fee will be added to the invoice)
Materials and Mileage Costs
- All additional costs of materials (i.e. postage, copies, speciality printing, envelopes, or supplies specifically purchased for a client project, etc. will be billed at cost to the client.)
- Mileage - WhangDoodles will charge the 2020 Federal Milage Rate ($.575 per mile) for any tasks that require driving over 10 miles. (i.e. picking up project related supplies)
Privacy Policy
- ALL information provided to WhangDoodles will remain 100% confidential unless otherwise indicated in writing by the client. We will NEVER exchange your personal or business email, address, telephone number, or any other information to a 3rd party without written consent by the client. By accepting work performed or services agreed upon, the client assumes full responsibility for proofreading and accuracy of documents. Any error or omission found, thereafter, is not the responsibility of WhangDoodles, Inc.
- ALL materials created by WhangDoodles, Inc. for the client become the sole property of the client. WhangDoodles may request to showcase client work samples on this website with permission from the client.
